Nutrition Specialist

As a Nutrition Specialist I create customized meal plans based on a clients specific needs and food allergies.  Though my training and study I know what types of food are good, better, and best for certain body types. Nutrition is a key factor to health and weight loss. A good relationship with food will provide good habits and overall health long term. Without proper nutrition your workouts will become more meaningless and meeting your goals will take longer.

To help with accountability weekly check ins are essential for learning, teaching, and growing.

Strength and Conditioning  Coach Like personal trainers and group exercise instructors, strength and conditioning coaches help others to improve their fitness. But strength and conditioning coaches differ from the others in one very important way—the clients they work with are focused on improving their performance or skill in a sport.

As an ISSA student working toward my certification to be a trainer, I'm learning about everything from muscle mechanics to flexibility and cardiovascular dynamics.
